Our Allstate character "Bad Luck"(Mala Suerte) the personification
of misfortune has a pet, a black cat, and his name is Lucky

A day before Halloween, we(Mala Suerte) ask our Facebook community what costume
they would like to see Lucky in. As people comment, we replied back in real time with
an image of Lucky dressed up in whatever they requested.

As a result, we had real time conversation/engagement with our consumers
via "Bad Luck"(Mala Suerte) Facebook page.
